Д. Башуров, Арзамас-16, 1993 — the card game «Комсомольская правда» gave its readers, reconstructed from KING2.EXE (the full variant) and played by the same rules, the same computer partners and the same shuffles.

This page contains no part of the original game. It draws with the original's cards, faces and fonts, two files of it: KING.LIB and KING.FNT.
It can fetch them for you from the copy on MyAbandonware (King_DOS_RU.zip, 90 KB, passed through this site because theirs does not let other pages download it). They then stay in this browser's storage. «Кинг» is still Д. Башуров's work: whether to use that copy is your decision.

Four players, 32 cards, eight each. Follow suit if you can; the highest card of the suit led takes the trick. Each player in turn, once they have seen their cards, chooses one of the 14 games none of them has played yet: seven «не брать» (don't take: tricks, hearts, the J and K «мальчики», the queens «девочки», the last two tricks, the king of hearts, or all of them at once) and the same seven «брать» (take them). 56 deals in all.
